Stud Mount Ball Transfer
Systems Ball Transfer can be used in the ball up or ball down position.
All steel ball
transfers with your choice of stud sizes. Sealed and
lubricated to prevent the entry of foreign material and
increase the life of the unit. The 1-inch main ball rotates on
an 80 1/8-inch support balls, and 1/4-inch stud in all
stainless housing is perfect for food processing plants and
corrosive environments. A 1-inch nylon main ball is available
in both carbon steel and stainless steel for marking sensitive
materials.
ALL STAINLESS
STEEL BALL TRANSFERS MANUFACTURED, USE TWO DIFFERENT GRADES OF
STAINLESS STEEL! 1) The stud cups, top covers,
retainers, and bolts are manufactured with a 304 grade of
stainless steel. 2) The ball cups, main balls, and support
balls are manufactured with a 400+ grade of stainless steel.
All components using this grade are heat treated for hardness
and durability. Thus, the elements in the stainless
steel become magnetized and responsive to a magnet.
