Policies
1)
All prices are subject to change without notice.
2) All pricing excludes
shipping, handling charges, and taxes (if applicable). In addition
to the above, international orders will be billed for, any charges
incurred while shipping (customs charges or additional taxes). All
orders are to be paid in US funds.
3) Regarding returns: Please get
a return approval before shipping anything back to us. If an order is
returned without approval, **No
credit will be issued.** If we ship casters from our stock in
Rochester N.Y., there is no
restocking fee on the return! A 30% RESTOCKING FEE WILL ONLY BE
ASSESSED ON ORDERS DROP SHIPPED FROM AREAS OTHER THAN ROCHESTER,
N.Y. FREIGHT CHARGES CANNOT BE CREDITED.
4) If you paid
with a credit card, we will issue a credit
to your card when we have received the product
back in good condition. A copy of the credit/debit
will be mailed, emailed, or faxed to you at your request. If you
paid by check or money order, a check will be issued, when the product
has been returned in good condition.
5) Used product is non-returnable.
Any order that goes beyond 30 days past the date it was received is
non-returnable.
6) Specialty casters that have been
ordered are non-returnable,
and will be marked as such on our website. No exceptions.
7) Since there is no minimum order, only
paid samples are available.
8) We reserve the right to change any or all of these policies at
any time.
