HOW TO ORDER

Ordering is easy! You have four options for ordering. The easiest way of ordering is to fill out the following form: PLEASE CLICK HERE ! You also have an option of emailing us directly at sales@casterstore.com or faxing your order to (585) 671-2306. If you would rather talk to a live body, you can call during normal business hours Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time to place an order. If you are calling after hours, please make sure you leave a detailed message and someone will return the call. Please leave as much information as possible including the part number or product you wish to purchase, the quantity, and your contact name and phone number.

We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card and PayPal. Prior approval must be given before payment can be made by check, money order, certified bank check, or wire transfer. We will NOT ship any product until payment has been received. PLEASE DO NOT SEND any credit card numbers over the internet! You can request Caster Store to call you for your credit card information, or you can call toll free: (888) 472-5737. Caster Store will always protect your credit card information and will not give out customer information for any reason.

If you wish, Caster Store a CA Kress Products company can calculate all costs and call you with a final total before you make your purchase. If the product is not in stock, an estimate of delivery time and shipping cost will be provided. All prices listed on the website are for the products only and do not include shipping or handling fees. All prices on the website are subject to change without notice. All orders are shipped via UPS ground. If available, we can also ship United States Postal Service (USPS) standard or priority, or Federal Express depending on the delivery area. In that case, shipping collect is preferred for courier shipments (UPS, or Federal Express), your account number is needed. If product is in stock we will usually ship within 1 day. All orders are assessed a $3.00 handling fee to cover packaging costs.
